Domestic Shipping & Charges:

We offer FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA on all eligible orders. Currently, we deliver products only within India.

Order Processing & Estimated Delivery Timeline

Once an order is placed, the complete order fulfillment process generally takes up to 10 working days from the date of order confirmation.

The estimated 10 working-day timeline includes the complete process of:

  • Designing and preparing the product as per the order requirements.
  • Printing and production of the product.
  • Quality inspection and finishing.
  • Secure packaging of the product.
  • Handover of the package to our courier partner.
  • Transportation and delivery to the customer's address.

For example, if an order is placed today, the complete process from designing to final delivery is expected to take up to 10 working days.

Please note that the above timeline is an estimated delivery period and may vary slightly depending on the order requirements, product customization, delivery location, courier availability, weekends, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Process

Once your order is placed:

  • Your order enters our processing system.
  • The product goes through the required designing and printing/production process.
  • The product undergoes quality inspection and secure packaging.
  • The package is handed over to our trusted courier partners.
  • A tracking ID will be shared via email and/or SMS after dispatch.
  • Customers can track their shipment directly on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number.

Taxes & Duties

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST and taxes as per Indian laws.

No additional import duties or hidden charges apply for deliveries within India.

For certain remote or special serviceable locations, additional delivery charges may apply. If applicable, customers will be informed before dispatch.

Delivery & Receiving Guidelines

To ensure transparency and quick resolution of any shipping-related issues, customers are requested to:

  • Record an unboxing video while opening the parcel.
  • Capture clear photos of the package and products within 48 hours of delivery.

If you receive a parcel that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened:

  • Please record a video and take photos immediately.
  • Refuse delivery if possible.
