Our entire collection is presented as fine-art prints and mixed-media compositions. We do not offer original paintings or original hand-painted canvases for sale.
Some artworks originate from hand-painted artwork that is digitally scanned and reproduced, while others combine hand-painted elements with digital illustration and composition techniques.
All artwork is self-created and is not copied from, downloaded from, or reproduced from third-party images.
The product description for each artwork clearly specifies its medium and production technique, so you know exactly what you are purchasing.

We offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy for eligible orders. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with the wrong size, frame or media, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a free delivery and pickup replacement as per our policy.
We do not offer refunds. Please refer to our complete Replacement Policy for detailed terms and conditions.

Our artworks are primarily framed with high-quality acrylic glazing. Selected artworks may be available with glass, depending on the artwork and frame specification. The product page clearly mentions the glazing material provided with each artwork.

We curate each artwork in a specific size and proportion that we believe best represents the artwork. Each piece is paired with a designer fine-art frame selected to complement its character, composition and visual impact. Rather than offering every artwork in multiple sizes or a wide range of frame colours, we focus on preserving the intended proportions and presenting each piece as a complete, considered work of art.

Muse & Mount follows a curated approach to framing. Instead of overwhelming you with numerous frame colours, mouldings and media options, we carefully select the frame finish and presentation style, along with the printing media, that best complement each artwork and its intended aesthetic.
This allows us to maintain a consistent, gallery-inspired look across the collection while making the selection process simpler for you.

Giclée is a high-quality fine-art printing process that uses advanced inkjet technology to reproduce artwork with excellent detail, tonal range and colour accuracy. It is commonly used for museum-quality and fine-art reproductions.

Yes. Our product photographs, mockups and videos are created using the actual artworks. We aim to represent the artwork, framing, finish and colours as accurately as possible. Many of our customers tell us that the wall art looks even better in person and brings a smile to their faces.
Please note that slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting and individual screen settings.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 6 hours, with a refund issued where applicable, provided the artwork has not yet entered the production or preparation process.
Once an order has entered production, framing, quality checking or packing, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible.
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact our team as soon as possible after placing the order. We will do our best to assist, subject to the current status of your order.
Please note that cancellations after production has started are not eligible for a refund.

Our artworks are hand-painted, designed and produced in our own manufacturing unit in-house by our team in Nagpur, India. The creative direction, artwork development, printing and framing are carefully managed to maintain our quality standards.
We also reproduce select original hand-painted works sourced directly from folk artists across different parts of India. Each piece is thoughtfully curated and finished as a complete work of art, from the artwork itself to the frame and final presentation.

Our artworks are carefully prepared, framed, quality-checked and packed before dispatch. If you require your order urgently, please contact our team as soon as possible after placing your order.
We will do our best to accommodate an expedited request, subject to the artwork’s production status, availability and shipping location. Expedited shipping cannot be guaranteed for every order.
