We want you to shop with complete peace of mind. All our artworks are made to order, and we offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy for eligible cases.
What We Will Replace
We will replace your order if it arrives with:
- Transit damage — Artwork or frame damaged during shipping.
- Manufacturing or finishing defects — Significant defects in printing, framing, or assembly.
- Wrong artwork/media — A different artwork or media than what was ordered.
- Wrong size — A size different from the size selected and confirmed in the order.
- Wrong frame — A frame different from the frame selected and confirmed in the order.
- Incorrect product — Any product that does not match the confirmed order details.
Please note: We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been processed for production.
We provide detailed product dimensions, specifications, artwork images, and videos to help you make an informed purchase decision before placing your order. The images and videos shown on our website are actual photographs and videos of the artwork we offer, so the artwork you receive will be true to what is shown.
Minor variations in colour, tone, brightness, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, and differences in individual mobile, monitor, or screen settings. Such minor variations are not considered a product defect and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Since every artwork is carefully crafted to order, we encourage you to review the product images, videos, dimensions, specifications, frame selection, and other details provided on the product page before placing your order.
How to Report an Issue
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Reach us within 7 days of delivery at contact@musenmount.in 7798950006
- Include your order number, contact details, and a brief description of the issue.
- Attach clear photographs of the artwork, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage or defect.
- For incorrect items, include photographs of the item received and its packaging, showing the product details or label.
- For transit damage, provide an unboxing video if available, preferably showing the unopened package, shipping label, and the damage as the package is opened.
- Keep the original artwork, packaging, and shipping materials until your claim has been reviewed and resolved.
Our team may request additional photographs or videos for verification. All replacement requests are subject to review and approval.
We do not accept returns or replacements for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection by the customer, or minor colour variations caused by lighting or screen settings.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA on all eligible orders. Currently, we deliver products only within India.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner availability, and regional accessibility. However, we strive to ensure safe and timely delivery of every order.
Free Pickup & Shipping on Replacement
If your order is eligible for replacement under our 7-Day Replacement Policy, we will arrange the pickup and replacement shipping at no additional cost.
Order Processing & Estimated Delivery Timeline
Once an order is placed, the complete order fulfillment process generally takes up to 10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
The estimated 10 working-day timeline includes the complete process of:
- Designing and preparing the product as per the order requirements.
- Printing and production of the product.
- Quality inspection and finishing.
- Secure packaging of the product.
- Handover of the package to our courier partner.
- Transportation and delivery to the customer's address.
For example, if an order is placed today, the complete process from designing to final delivery is expected to take up to 10 working days.

What is your 7-Day Replacement Policy?
We offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy for eligible orders. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with the wrong size, frame or media, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a free delivery and pickup replacement as per our policy.
We do not offer refunds. Please refer to our complete Replacement Policy for detailed terms and conditions.
Does the frame come with acrylic or glass?
Our artworks are primarily framed with high-quality acrylic glazing. Selected artworks may be available with glass, depending on the artwork and frame specification. The product page clearly mentions the glazing material provided with each artwork.
What is a Giclée print?
Giclée is a high-quality fine-art printing process that uses advanced inkjet technology to reproduce artwork with excellent detail, tonal range and colour accuracy. It is commonly used for museum-quality and fine-art reproductions.
Is the image on the website an accurate representation of the artwork?
Yes. Our product photographs, mockups and videos are created using the actual artworks. We aim to represent the artwork, framing, finish and colours as accurately as possible. Many of our customers tell us that the wall art looks even better in person and brings a smile to their faces.
Please note that slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting and individual screen settings.
Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 6 hours, with a refund issued where applicable, provided the artwork has not yet entered the production or preparation process.
Once an order has entered production, framing, quality checking or packing, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible.
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact our team as soon as possible after placing the order. We will do our best to assist, subject to the current status of your order.
Please note that cancellations after production has started are not eligible for a refund.
Can you expedite my order for shipping?
Our artworks are carefully prepared, framed, quality-checked and packed before dispatch. If you require your order urgently, please contact our team as soon as possible after placing your order.
We will do our best to accommodate an expedited request, subject to the artwork’s production status, availability and shipping location. Expedited shipping cannot be guaranteed for every order.
Do you take interior projects?
Yes. We work with interior designers, architects, hospitality spaces and other design projects. For project enquiries, please contact our team with your requirements.
Do you offer customisation?
Our primary focus is our curated Ready-to-Hang Collection. To optimise time and cost, we intentionally keep the collection curated rather than offering extensive customisation on every artwork.
